Returns Policy
Returns are not accepted unless it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Due to concrete's nature, slight variation in colour and texture may occur. Bubbles and surface level inconsistencies are inevitable and add to each piece's uniqueness. No two pieces will be identical.
Shipping
We offer three options for shipping. Free pickup from our location in Maple Ridge, Flat fee deliveries (Done by us every Friday, fees based on destination. Flat fee of $10 on any orders over $200) or shipping.
If you choose to ship your items,
please note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. There are restrictions on some products, and select products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.
When you place an order, please note that all products are made in small batches and some are made to order. We ask that you allow 7-10 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.
